Karaboo Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access to the website.

When you activate any of these you will leave the BeBop Fun website and BeBop has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any website which is not under the control of BeBop

Acceptance of orders:
Please note that your initial order confirmation is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order – it does not constitute a contract between us. We advise you of this in case we have made any errors in pricing and description, or if we are unable to fulfil your order. We will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible if we have any stock problems or need to make you aware of any errors in pricing or description. Please take dispatch of your goods as confirmation that we are able to fulfil your order.
BeBop reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative, given a full refund or given the option to wait until stock of the goods are made available.
Free gift offers are only available to customers with a delivery address within mainland UK and not within a remote shipping area.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards (We do not accept American Express). Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. If payment has not been received your order will not be dispatched.
Credit and Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders for further checks to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers’ transactions. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note – Stockists must have a retail shop or e-commerce website to be eligible for an account. Stockists must not list any BeBop products on Amazon or eBay.
www.bebopfun.co.uk has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different devices/monitors may reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
BeBop has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT. As a company we reserve the right to change prices at any given time without further notice. If a product is ordered before a price change we will honour the original order price.
We offer a 6 month warranty with all goods (Manufacturing Default) This warranty shall commence on the date of delivery. This warranty will not cover any loss, damage or injury caused by your neglect, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or accident howsoever arising. Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions will invalidate your warranty. BeBop products are not suitable for public use, hire or commercial purposes. Using any BeBop product for any of these purposes will invalidate your warranty.

We only make use of your contact details, including e-mail and telephone contact details in relation to orders and related enquiries, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your contact details will not be forwarded to any third-party advertising companies. Your name and address will not be forwarded to any third-party mailing list. If you select to receive promotion/special offer details, your information will be used to personally keep in touch.
We ensure that our online payment facility is safe, secured by the Lloyds TSB and Sagepay system. We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure card details can only be used genuinely and have obtained a ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ checkout procedure.
Our Complaints Procedure:
Here at BeBop we are proud to provide excellent quality products and first class customer service however sometimes things do go wrong, but when they do we always work with our customers to find a resolution to any problem, no matter how small.
In the first instance please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call our friendly customer service team on 01789 400031 to log your issue. Please allow us at least 1 business day to respond to any emails. Please be aware that our business is closed during bank holidays and over the weekend, so please give us the opportunity to help before escalating your issue.
Our customer service team can usually resolve all queries or problems within 14 days, however if you are unhappy with the final resolution to that you have been offered by our customer service team, you can escalate your issue to the complaints team. You can do this by writing to:-

You can email us at email@example.com and state in the subject your order number or reference and let us know that you are escalating you case to a formal complaint. Please state why you are not happy with the resolution that the customer service team have provided giving as much detail around your case as possible.
Our complaints team will respond to you in writing within 10 working days and we will work together with you to ensure that you are happy with our resolution. We will offer a written final response to your complaint within 21 days.
If you have logged an issue, escalated it to a complaint and, after our final response are still not happy with the solution that we have provided, you can log your complaint with an ODR (Online Disputes Resolution) who specialises in resolving online disputes between consumers and retailers.
